INTRODUCTIONThis article discusses the help and training
information that you can send to first-time Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003 organizers to
help them start using Live Meeting 2003.MORE INFORMATIONWhen you create a new organizer in Live Meeting 2003, you can click to select the Welcome Message check box on the Add User page.
When
the Welcome Message check box is selected, the organizer will receive an e-mail message that contains his or her Live Meeting 2003 user ID and password. The e-mail message
also includes helpful information about how to start using Live Meeting 2003.
If the Welcome Message check
box is not available on the Add User page, contact your Live Meeting
2003 administrator to make sure that this feature is enabled.
