How to create separate attendance reports for meetings in Live Meeting (884825)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Office Live Meeting

INTRODUCTION

You can reduce the size of your meeting attendance report by reusing a single-occurrence meeting in Microsoft Office Live Meeting. Ongoing meetings accumulate attendance records for each meeting in the series. This creates one large attendance report for the whole series of meetings.

MORE INFORMATION

In Live Meeting, you cannot delete or clear old records from an attendance report for a series of ongoing meetings. If you want to have a separate attendance report for each meeting, you must reuse a single-occurrence meeting. To reuse a single-occurrence meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to your Live Meeting home page.
  2. Under Manage, click Meetings.
  3. Click edit next to the meeting ID of the meeting that you want to modify.
  4. Click the edit link next to Meeting Setup.
  5. Under Schedule to Occur, click Once, and then change the date and time for the meeting.
  6. To change the passwords for the presenters and the attendees, click regenerate password under Meeting Entry Control.
    Note This step is optional.
  7. Click submit.
  8. Click send invitations, and then the send invitations to the attendees and the presenters.
  9. Click done.
Note You must wait until a scheduled meeting is over before you change the meeting date and time. For example, if a meeting starts at 10:00 and lasts for 90 minutes, wait until at least 11:31 to change the meeting date and time.

If you change the meeting date and time before a meeting is over, the attendance reports will be combined into one large attendance report that includes both meetings.
