This article describes how to view published recordings in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003.

If you are a user and you are trying to view an existing recording in Live Meeting 2003, you must first obtain the recording ID and password from the meeting organizer. Then, you must complete the procedure in this section.

If you are the original organizer of the meeting or the Conference Center administrator, you can view the published recording by using the procedures that are outlined in this section, or you can move to the recording in the Manage Recordings list.
  1. In your browser, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP011426221033.aspx?mode=print
  2. In the left pane, under the View menu, click Recordings.
  3. On the View Recordings page, type your name in the Your Name box, and then type the meeting ID in the ID box. Then, type the meeting password in the Password box if it is required, and then click Submit.

    The View Recording Info page is displayed.
  4. In the View column, click the icon that corresponds to the recording format that you want to use. The available formats are as follows:
    • Basic recording with Microsoft Windows Media-formatted streamed audio
    • Streamed audio and video with Windows Media-formatted streamed audio and video. This is also known as Microsoft Office Live Meeting Replay.
    • Basic recording with RealPlayer-formatted streamed audio
    • Basic recording with per-slide audio
The recommended connection speeds are as follows:

Microsoft Office Live Meeting Replay - LAN or broadband
Basic recording with Real Player-formatted streamed audio - 56kbps
Basic recording with Windows Media-formatted streamed audio - 56kbps
Basic recording with per-slide audio - less than 56kbps
