MORE INFORMATION

In Live Meeting, you can import slides that you created in Microsoft PowerPoint to your presentation. The following is a list of the other types of slides that you can use in your Live Meeting presentation. This list also describes how you can use these slides in your presentation.
  • The White Board slide - You can use the White Board slide to draw and to add text and stamps. You can also highlight information by using the Annotation tools. For example, you can insert a White Board slide to quickly create a flow chart to illustrate a point.
  • The Web slide - You can use the Web slide to share a Web page with attendees. Attendees can access the Web page and then click the links that are on the Web page to locate different information. The Web slide is useful for posting surveys and online registration forms in your meeting.
  • The Text slide - You can use the Text slide to type, to copy, and to paste text. For example, you can paste a project outline that is from another program, and then work on the project outline during your meeting.
  • The Polling slide - Attendees can use the Polling slide to register their opinions by selecting from several responses to a question.
  • The Snapshot slide - You can use the Snapshot slide to display a captured screen shot from your computer, such as a captured spreadsheet or graphic. After you create a Snapshot slide, you can use the Annotation tools to add annotations to it.
  • The Sharing slide - A Sharing slide is not like the other slides that you create. In fact, a Sharing slide is really not a slide, but a way for you to share a view of your desktop with an attendee. You can demonstrate how to use a program, or share information from any program as it appears on your computer monitor.
