SYMPTOMS

When you try to open the Scheduled Tasks folder on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Windows Explorer may stop responding. This problem occurs on computers that are running Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 3 or with Service Pack 4.
