If you did not receive logon information for a Microsoft Office Live Meeting Web conference, you must contact the company that is holding the meeting directly to obtain your logon information.

PlaceWare, Inc. provides the Live Meeting program to the company that invited you to the Web conference. Customers who use Live Meeting arrange and set up all their meetings privately. Because of PlaceWare's privacy and security policies, PlaceWare technical support cannot provide private meeting information. Therefore, you must contact the company that is holding the meeting directly. Only the company that is holding the meeting can provide your logon information.
