You receive an error message when you try to print a database in Works (883621)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to print a Microsoft Works database in Form Design view, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following: MSworks database has encountered problem and needs to close. If you click the link in the error message box, you receive an error signature that is similar to the following: AppName : wksdb.exe
ModName : ole32.dll CAUSEThis problem may occur if one of the following conditions is true: - An object in the Form Design view is not a field.
- An object is corrupted.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, remove the object that is causing the problem. To determine the object that is causing the problem, follow these steps: - Start the Works database module, click View, and then click Form Design.
- Right-click an object, and then click Cut.
- On the File menu, click Save, and then try to print the file.
- If the issue continues to occur, right-click the form, and then click Paste if you want to restore the object that you removed in step 2.
- Repeat steps 1 through 4 with other objects on the form until you determine the object that is causing the error.
