SYMPTOMSAfter you install Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005 on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 computer, computer discovery fails, and the following event is logged in the application event log:Event ID: 25109
Description:
Unrecoverable database errors occurred during duplicate alert checking or Insertion.... Details: TDasObject::CallDasMethod(Alert2BulkInsertAlternate)
