SYMPTOMSWhen you open an e-mail message from your Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 mailbox by using Microsoft Outlook Web Access, you cannot save that e-mail message as a file.
You expect the e-mail message to contain a View As Web Page link that you can click so that you can view the HTML body of the message exactly as it was sent in Microsoft Internet Explorer.CAUSEThis issue occurs if you open the e-mail message by using the Outlook Web Access Premium e-mail client program. The functionality to view an e-mail message as a Web page is not currently included in the Outlook Web Access Premium client program. The Outlook Web Access Basic e-mail client program does include a View As Web Page link in an opened e-mail message.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 2003.
