SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, if you use a rule set in the Rules Composer, or if you use a rule set with an orchestration, you may receive the following error message
System.InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid.
You may receive this error message after you install the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
