The "Analyze Databases" button may not be available in the "Scan for Databases" form after you select a scanned database (875286)

SYMPTOMSIn the Scan for Databases form for the Microsoft Access Conversion Report Tool, the Analyze Databases button may appear dimmed and is unavailable. This problem occurs after you select one or more Access databases for analysis.CAUSE If you select one or more databases that are listed in the Scan for Databases form, and you mark a database to suppress the Conversion dialog box, this problem occurs. This problem occurs if you mark the database before you try to analyze the database.WORKAROUNDAfter you mark the Access databases to suppress the Conversion dialog box, you must close and then reopen the Scan for Databases form. To do this, follow these steps: - Close the Scan for Databases form.
The Scan for Databases form contains the Analyze Databases button that appears dimmed and is unavailable. - In the Main Menu form, click Scan For Databases in the Load Data section.
- In the Scan for Databases form, locate the Choose Databases to Analyze section. Click to select one or more check boxes that correspond to the databases in the Database Name column.
Note The Analyze Databases button is now available. - Click Analyze Databases.
