The Shipping Confirmed option is disabled in Microsoft Solomon Order Management (873749)

SYMPTOMS

After entering the Shipper ID field in the Manifest Entry screen, the Shipping Confirmed option becomes disabled.

CAUSES

1. The Shipper has a status of Closed.

2. The Shipper contains line items that are either Lot or Serial Tracked.

RESOLUTION

The Shipping Confirmed check box cannot be accessed when either of these causes is true.

Note When Lot/Serial Tracking is used, the Shipment Confirmation (40.117.00) screen should be accessed first to specificy lot or serial numbers for the shipment. The Manifest button can be pressed on the Shipment Confirmation screen to access the Manifest Entry screen.
