SYMPTOMS

When you try to use one of the programs listed in the "Applies To" section, the program may unexpectedly quit with no error message.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if you have the ReplayTV Photo Transfer Software for Microsoft Windows Explorer installed on your computer. The ReplayTV Photo Transfer program can potentially conflict with Picture It! or with Digital Image Pro.

RESOLUTION
