The Business Snapshot section of the Money home page displays $0.00 for year-to-date revenue and for month-to-date revenue (873271)

SYMPTOMS

When you view the Business Snapshot section of the Microsoft Money home page, the Year to date revenue box and the Month to date revenue box both display a value of $0.00. This behavior occurs even though you have income transactions that use standard business income categories.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the revenue information that is displayed in the Business Snapshot section is based on invoice payments only. Standard business income categories do not affect the revenue in the Business Snapshot section.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, record your business income by using invoices.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, use the standard business reports for revenue tracking. To access the standard business reports, click Business Reports on the Business menu.
