The Live Meeting 2003 free trial account provides most of the features and functionalities that are available with the licensed version of Microsoft Office Live Meeting. The following information lists some of the restrictions and the limitations that apply to Live Meeting 2003 trial free trial accounts.

General limitations

• The Live Meeting 2003 free trial account is designed to function as an individual account, and you cannot use administrative functions, such as assigning and managing multiple user accounts, that are available with the licensed version of Live Meeting.
• The custom branding feature to customize Live Meeting is not available with the Live Meeting 2003 free trial account.
• The details of all the functionalities that are included with the licensed version of Live Meeting may not be listed in the documentation that is provided with the Live Meeting 2003 free trial account.

Live Meeting 2003 free trial account limitations

• You cannot record or archive events.
• You cannot create and use the Access Control Lists (ACLs) authentication method to join a meeting.
• You cannot use the Extended registration option that requires attendees and presenters to enter their e-mail and company name when they join a meeting.
• You cannot use the support console to permit the organizers of a meeting to view the attendee status in real time.
