When you view a PowerPoint slide in a Web page in Live Meeting, you do not see the secured page icon (873244)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Office Live Meeting
SYMPTOMSWhen you view a Microsoft PowerPoint slide in a Web page in Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you expect to see a secured page icon because all connections in Live Meeting are encrypted. However, the Web page does not show the secured page icon or it shows a non-secured page icon. CAUSEThis behavior occurs if you leave a PowerPoint presentation in Live Meeting to view a slide on a non-secured Web site. Then, you return to the presentation in Live Meeting. When you return to the page from a non-secured Web site, the browser does not correctly display the security settings of a Secure Socket Layer-secured (SSL) Web site. MORE INFORMATIONAll connections to a Live Meeting server are encrypted. Therefore, this issue can be ignored.
