SYMPTOMSAfter you install a Bluetooth-enabled keyboard on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2, the authentication process may fail even when you type the correct passkey in the passkey dialog box.CAUSEThis problem occurs when you press a letter key or a number key on the Bluetooth-enabled keyboard before the Enter passkey now dialog box appears.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, do not press a letter key or a number key on the Bluetooth-enabled keyboard before the Enter passkey now dialog box appears.
