SYMPTOMS

When you insert the Preschool - 1st Grade Learning Playground CD, from Vivendi Universal Games, in your CD drive, and then you click Jumpstart Demo, the JumpStart Preschool - 1st Grade Learning Playground Demo screen does not appear correctly.

You notice this problem after you upgrade your Windows XP-based computer to Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).
