How to obtain an attendance report in Live Meeting (873119)

INTRODUCTION

A meeting organizer or an account administrator can generate an attendance report in Microsoft Office Live Meeting. This report contains a list of users. Additionally, this report specifies when the users logged on and how long they were connected.

The Meeting Attendance Report lists the following information:
  • Activity Day
  • User name
  • User role
  • Arrival time
  • Duration time
  • IP address
  • Company name (This will only be available if you enable Extended Registration for the meeting.)
  • Browser used
Note The duration time is the total connection time that an attendee or a presenter joins the meeting until the time that the attendee or the presenter exits from the meeting.

To generate a Meeting Attendance Report for Live Meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to Live Meeting as the meeting organizer or as the account administrator.
  2. In the left column, locate the Home page.
  3. On the Home page, click Reports under View.
  4. On the Meeting List Report page, click the meeting ID for the meeting that you want.
  5. Click CSV to view the report in comma-delineated form. Paste this information to a spreadsheet or a database.
Notes
  • To view the reports in comma-delineated form, click CSV format at the top of the each report. You can then copy or save Meeting Attendance Report data in a spreadsheet or in a database program.
  • On the Meeting List Report page, you can filter the list of meetings. To do this, select a date range.
