SYMPTOMSYou may receive a zero-byte file attachment in an e-mail
that is generated by Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services subscriptions. The attachment
contains reports that are generated by Reporting Services. However, because the reports are
incorrectly formatted, IBM Lotus Domino servers cannot load the attachment,
and the reports appear as a zero-byte file attachment. RESOLUTIONService pack information

was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to
prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.

WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, configure the subscription and delivery of reports to use one of the following methods:
- Send a hyperlink to the reports in the e-mail instead of
to the attached report.
- Send the report as a Web archive. A Web archive is a Web file
format that appears embedded in the body of the e-mail body as MHTML.
STATUSMicrosoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
in the "Applies to" section.
