RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the Microsoft Project Server 2002 post-Service Pack 1 (SP1) hotfix that is dated July 16, 2004. The method for storing work durations has changed from two digits to four digits for time-phased actuals. Actual work and actual overtime work are entered in the right window of the timesheet.
Note Even after you install the hotfix, the numbers still appear as two digit numbers, but are stored, rounded, and used as four digits. For example, if you type
0.125d, you see
0.13d if you are displaying time in days, and you see
1h instead of
1.04h if you are displaying time in hours.

This hotfix only applies to time-phased work that is entered into the right window of the timesheet in the

Remaining Work column and in the
Actual Work column on the left pane of the grid in the Microsoft Project Web Access timesheet are still rounded to two digits.
