You cannot view recordings in Microsoft Office Live Meeting Replay format from a dial-up Internet connection (871104)

SYMPTOMSYou cannot view a recording that is saved in the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Replay format if you are using a dial-up Internet connection.CAUSECurrently, Microsoft Office Live Meeting Replay is only supported with a Broadband (DSL/ISDN/cable) or faster connection.RESOLUTIONTo view the recording, select a Basic Recording Format if it is available (Media Player, Real Player or HTML format).
To select the format to view, follow these steps:
- On the Manage menu, click Recordings.
- Click the View icon next to the recording that you want to view.
Because you can publish a recording in one or more formats, the View Recording Info page frequently lists multiple formats that you can select to view the recording. - Click the icon in the View column next to the format that you want to use to see the recording.
