This article discusses how to download a replay recording in Microsoft Office Live Meeting.

To download a replay recording, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to Live Meeting as an organizer.
  2. Under Manage, click Recordings.
  3. Locate the recording that you want to download, and then click the Edit button.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click the Download File button.

    Note If you are prompted to play the recording in your browser, click No.
  5. When you are prompted to Open or to Save the recording, click Save.
  6. Locate a destination folder to save the recording in, and then click OK.
