This article describes how to log on to your Microsoft Office Live Meeting account as a first time user.

The first time that you log on to your account on the Live Meeting support page, you do not have a password. To log on your Live Meeting account for the first time, follow these steps:
  1. Visit the following PlaceWare Web site:

    http://placeware.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/placeware.cfg/php/enduser/acct_login.php?

  2. Type your e-mail address.
  3. Click the Login button.

    Note If you cannot log on, request to have your password e-mailed to you.
  4. After you log on to your Live Meeting account, either create or change your password. To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Click the Account Profile Web link.
    2. Fill out the form, and then click Save Changes.
Make sure that you save your password for future use.
