How to use the Print to PDF feature in Live Meeting (871088)

This article describes how to enable the Print to PDF feature.

For the administrator to let organizers use the Print to PDF feature, follow these steps.
  1. Log on to Microsoft Office Live Meeting as the administrator.
  2. Under Administer on the left navigation bar, click Account.
  3. On the Account Administration Home page, click Roles.
  4. On the Administer Roles page, click Edit for the Organizer role.
  5. On the Edit Role page, click to select the Print to PDF check box, and then click All Participants.
  6. Click Submit.
For the organizer to let attendees print the slide set from the meeting console, follow these steps:
  1. Under Manage, click Preferences .
  2. Click Meeting.
  3. Under Printing to PDF, click Enabled for all participants.
  4. Click Submit.
