The Invitation page is blank in Live Meeting (871035)

SYMPTOMS

When you schedule a meeting with Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook, the Invitation page may be blank.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if you do not use Microsoft Office Word 2003 as your e-mail editor in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, use Word 2003 as your e-mail editor in Outlook 2003. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. In Outlook 2003, click the Tools menu.
  2. Click Options, and then click the Mail Formats tab.
  3. Click to select the Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 check box.
  4. Click OK.
