SYMPTOMS When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer on a Macintosh-based computer that meets the minimum system requirements to use Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you receive the following error message:
You must change your Platform Configuration to use PlaceWare.
SSL secure service to Placeware is not yet supported on this operating system. CAUSEThis behavior occurs if one of the following conditions is true: -
You are trying to join a meeting in an encrypted secure socket layer (SSL) conference center.
Note If your Uniform Resource Locator (URL) begins with "https://," the meeting is in an encrypted SSL conference center. - You are visiting the following Placeware browser check site:
MORE INFORMATIONCurrently, users who are running a Macintosh-based computer cannot attend a Live Meeting in an encrypted SSL conference center.
