"When the Streaming Media Custom Frame is enabled, you must have valid URLs and Frame Heights" error message when you try to turn on the Streaming Media Custom Frame option in Live Meeting (871030)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to turn on the Streaming Media Custom Frame option for presenters in your Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you receive the following error message:
When the Streaming Media Custom Frame is enabled, you must have valid URLs and Frame Heights.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when one or more of the URL boxes and the Frame Height boxes for the Streaming Media Custom Frame option in Advanced Meeting Options are blank.

RESOLUTION

To turn on the Streaming Media Custom Frame option for presenters only, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Meeting Details page of your Live Meeting.
  2. Next to Advanced Meeting Options, click Edit.
  3. In the Streaming Media Custom Frame section of the Advanced Meeting Options page, click Enabled.
  4. Type the URL in both of the Attendee and Presenter URL boxes.
  5. In the Presenter Frame Height box, type a frame height (in pixels).
  6. In the Attendee Frame Height box, type 0.

    Note This will effectively make the custom frame unavailable to attendees.
  7. Click Submit to save your changes.
