SYMPTOMSWhen you try to save or to send an e-mail by using Microsoft CRM 1.2 Sales for Outlook (the Outlook client) on a Microsoft Window 2000 Professional-based computer, you receive one of the following error messages. Message 1An unexpected error has occurred Message 2Page cannot be displayed You experience these symptoms if following conditions are true:
- You created the e-mail in the Outlook client
- There are more than 2,000 characters in the body of the e-mail
