To enter employer matching contributions in a Money 2000 account, follow these steps:
  1. On the Account & Bills menu, click Bills & Deposits List.
  2. Click your paycheck, click Edit, and then click Edit paycheck series.
  3. Click Details.
  4. Click the Wages tab, verify that Wages & Salary: Gross Pay is the first category that is listed, and that the amount is correct.
  5. Double-click the next empty row in the table.
  6. In the Category box, click Employer Matching, and then enter the amount that your employer contributes to your retirement fund.
  7. On the Deductions Before Taxes tab under Category, click Transfer : account, where account is your retirement account.
  8. Under Amount, type your employer matching contributions.
  9. Verify any other deductions on the Taxes tab and on the Deductions After Taxes tab, and then click Done.
  10. Verify all information that appears on the screen, and then click OK.
