SYMPTOMS

If you log on to Microsoft Office Live Meeting as an Administrator, you may receive the following "License Manager" error message:
One or more user connections have been rejected because your server is not licensed to run third-party applications.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if there are more people trying to connect to meetings than you have available seat licenses for Live Meeting.

RESOLUTION

If you continue to receive this error message, you may want to purchase additional licenses. For ordering information, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
