"The teleconference call has disconnected from the recording server" error message in Microsoft Office Live Meeting (867844)

SYMPTOMSWhile you are recording audio during a meeting in Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you may receive the following message: The teleconference call has disconnected from the recording server; press Hang Up and re-dial to continue recording audio! RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, follow these steps: - Confirm your meeting has actually been disconnected from the conference call. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Last 10 sec to verify that you are still recording audio. The last 10 seconds of the meeting replay if you are still recording audio.
- Click Last 10 sec again to verify that the audio content has changed. If the audio has changed, your meeting is still connected to the conference call, and you can ignore the disconnect message. If the audio you hear does not change when you click Last 10 sec for the second time, you are not recording audio.
- If you are not recording audio, click Hang Up.
- To resume recording audio, click to select Yes for Record Telephone Audio on the Recording Control panel, and then reconnect to your conference call.
