SYMPTOMS

When you use a telephone to connect to the audio part of a conference call in Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you may not be able to connect.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the meeting organizer does not give you the correct information to connect to the audio part of the Live Meeting conference call.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, contact the meeting organizer to obtain the correct information for the audio part of the Live Meeting conference call. Live Meeting only provides the Web conferencing program to the company that invited you to the Live Meeting. The company that invited you to the meeting is in charge of setting up the conference calls for their Live Meeting events. You must contact the meeting organizer directly for any questions regarding the audio part of the conference call that you are trying to attend.
