The Connection Manager Custom button is linked to the UserName input dialog box in Windows Server 2003 and in Windows XP (867482)

SYMPTOMS

You configure a Custom button that appears on the main Connection Manager user interface. When you hide the UserName input dialog box, the Custom button is also hidden. You must display the UserName input dialog box to use the Custom button.
