PC WSPlus: Friendly Name Does Not Change When Updated (86085)

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Schedule+ for Windows stores each user's postoffice alias and full name in the local and server calendar files. When the user's full name is modified on the postoffice with the Mail Administrator program, the full name is not updated in the Schedule+ calendar files.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in versions 1.0 and 1.0a of Microsoft Schedule+ for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
