SYMPTOMS

In a Microsoft Office 2003 program, when you click a folder in the Web Collections folder in Clip Organizer, you may experience one of the following symptoms:
  • You may see generic clip art icons instead of clip art thumbnails.
  • You may not be able to browse files in the Web Collections folder.
  • The program may stop responding (hang).
Applications such as Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 may stop responding when you search for clip art. This behavior occurs when the Web Collections check box is selected in the Search in list. Eventually, the search will time out and will return only one or two clip art files. When the Web Collections check box is not selected, PowerPoint 2003 returns results immediately.
