Scheduled tasks that you create and rename by using the at command may not run correctly on a computer that is running Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 (843537)

SYMPTOMSYou have a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4. You use a batch file that uses the at command to create and then rename scheduled tasks, or you use a script that uses the at command to create and then rename scheduled tasks. In this scenario, these scheduled tasks may not run correctly. Additionally, when the batch file tries to rename the scheduled tasks, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following: "Daily File Maint.job" (CMD.EXE) 5/7/2004 7:29:11 AM ** ERROR ** File access is denied.
The specific error is:
0x80070005: Access is denied.
