The Server Cluster Recovery utility does not work in the Japanese version of Windows Server 2003 (843295)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to run the Server Cluster Recovery utility (ClusterRecovery.exe) in the Japanese version of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, the physical disk resources are not displayed as expected. Therefore, you cannot successfully run the Server Cluster Recovery utility.
Note The Server Cluster Recovery utility is included in the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools.CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools are not localized for non-English languages.
Note The Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools are written and tested in English only. If you use these tools with a non-English version of Windows, you may experience unpredictable behavior.
RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
