You cannot see the video part of the recording when you play a recording in an archived session in Live Meeting (842941)

SYMPTOMSWhen you play a recording in an archived session in Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you cannot see the video part of the recording. You can only hear the audio part of the recording.CAUSEThis problem may occur if the recording is played in Microsoft Windows Media Player.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, follow these steps: - Try to play a streaming video in Windows Media Player. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:Note Make sure that codecs are automatically downloaded. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Windows Media Player.
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Player tab, click to select the Download codecs automatically check box.
- Click OK to close the Options dialog box.
- If you can successfully play a streaming video from the Microsoft Web site that is mentioned in step 1, try to reduce the video acceleration in Windows Media Player. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Windows Media Player.
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Performance tab, move the Video acceleration slider to the mid-point position.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK to close the Options dialog box.
