The "Messaging Operations at Microsoft" white paper for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 is available (842751)

Microsoft has released a white paper that explains how to take advantage of the improvements that are offered in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. This white paper describes best practices based on the experiences of an early adopter: the Microsoft internal IT organization, part of the Operations and Technology Group (OTG). This white paper highlights new interdependencies with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and the Microsoft Office 2003 Editions. These OTG experiences can help customers plan their upgrade from Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server to Exchange 2003.
