SYMPTOMS
After you install the security update that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article 835732, all the following symptoms occur:

MS04-011: Security update for Microsoft Windows
CAUSE
This problem occurs if both of the following conditions are true:
- You are running the Chinese version of Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0 with Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a (SP6a) installed.
- You install the Chinese version of the security update for Windows NT Workstation 4.0 that is described in KB article 835732.
This problem occurs because the Chinese version of the security update contains an incorrect build of the Gdi32.dll file.
