If you installed the Web Components separately by using one of the following methods, the Web Components will not be updated by installing MainSP1.msp. You must take additional steps to update the Web Components.
- If you ran ...\FILES\OWC10\Setup.exe from the Office 2003 installation CD, you must update the Web Components by applying OWC102003SP1.msp. This file is included with SP1.
- If you ran ...\FILES\OWC11\Setup.exe from the Office 2003 installation CD, you must update the Web Components by applying OWC11SP1.msp. This file is included with SP1.
- If you created an administrative installation point for the Web Components by running "Setup /a" from the OWC folder, and then you installed the Web Components from the administrative installation point, you must update the Web Components by applying the appropriate Windows Installer Package that is included with SP1 (OWC11SP1.msp or OWC102003SP1.msp).
- If you downloaded and installed the Web Components from the following Office Update Web site, you must update the Web Components by downloading the latest version of the Web Components.
