You cannot play a downloaded Live Meeting recording in Netscape 7.x (842373)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to play a downloaded Microsoft Office Live Meeting recording in Netscape 7.x, the recording does not play.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, play the Live Meeting recording in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or later.

To download a Live Meeting recording, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to your Live Meeting account.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click Recordings under the Manage section.

    The Manage Recordings page appears.
  3. Click Edit next to the recording that you want to download.

    The Recording Details page appears.
  4. On the View Recordings page, click Download File.

    A File Download dialog box appears.
  5. Click Save to save the file to disk.
  6. Move to the location where you want to save the file, type a file name, and then click Save.
