You cannot install the Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook and Windows Messenger after you install the Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook (842368)

WORKAROUND

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
3. In the Currently installed programs list, click to select the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in Pack check box.
4. Click Remove.
5. Click Yes.
   
   The Setup program removes the Live Meeting add-in.
6. Close the Add or Remove Programs window.
7. If you have to download the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in Pack Setup program, visit the follow Web site to download the file:

   http://main.placeware.com/support/plugins.cfm#lm_addin

8. Run the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook and Windows Messenger Setup program.
9. Click Next, accept the license agreement, and then click Next.
10. Click Install Both the Microsoft Outlook Add-in and the Windows Messenger Add-in.
11. Click Next two times.
12. If you have not logged on before by using Organizer Information, you must type your Organizer User ID, Organizer Password, and Live Meeting Web Address in the form that is provided.
    
    Otherwise, the Setup program automatically logs on to your account.
13. Click OK, and then click Close.
