SYMPTOMS

When you attend a Microsoft Office Live Meeting, the Live Meeting Java Console may become unresponsive.

CAUSE

The Live Meeting Java Console may become unresponsive if one or more of its communication threads stops responding during a meeting.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, close the meeting console, and then log back in the meeting to update the connection.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
