SYMPTOMSWhen you upload a Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 presentation to Microsoft Office Live Meeting, your computer may stop responding. CAUSEThis problem occurs when the PowerPoint presentation is large and contains an embedded video. In this scenario, the slide uploader may not complete the upload. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use one of the following methods: - Remove the embedded video from your PowerPoint 2003 presentation before you upload the presentation to the meeting.
- Divide the presentation in half, save it, and then upload the presentation in two separate sets.
MORE INFORMATIONIf you must show a video during your meeting, you can post the video on a Web site, and then insert a Web slide to view the page with the video during your meeting.
