In Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you can insert streaming audio information for the attendees so that they can hear it on their computers.

To insert the streaming audio information for the attendees, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to your Live Meeting account as the meeting organizer.
  2. On the Manage menu, click Meetings.
  3. Find your meeting ID, and then click Edit.
  4. Scroll to Advanced Meeting Options, and then click Edit.
  5. On the Advanced Meeting Options page, scroll to Streaming Media Custom Frame, and then type your audio URL.
  6. Click Submit.
Note Office Live Meeting does not provide support for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). To use VoIP, you must install custom content. The custom content can be your own content or a third-party add-in.
