MORE INFORMATION

To see the View Sharing screen without using the scroll bars in Live Meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Click Hide Panels on the View menu in the Audience console.
  2. Verify that your screen resolution is comparable to that of your attendees. The sharing tool captures what is in the borders of the Sharing frame in real time. To lower your screen resolution, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Appearance and Themes.
    2. Click Change the screen resolution.
    3. Your screen resolution is shown in the Screen resolution box. To lower the screen resolution, move the slider to the left. To increase the screen resolution, move the slider to the right.
    4. Click OK.
