This article describes how to log on to the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook as a presenter instead of as an attendee.

When you are using the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and you click the meeting URL in the e-mail invitation, you are logged on as an attendee. You can log on as a presenter from your Outlook 2003 Calendar. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Open the meeting from the Outlook 2003 Calendar.
  2. After the meeting is open, click Join Meeting.
  3. On the Join Meeting page, type your name in the Name box.

    Note The meeting ID and the password will be repopulated.
  4. Click Submit.
The meeting console starts and you are logged on as the presenter.
