"Something is wrong with the page you tried to access" error message when you use a Sony Ericsson T68i mobile phone to call a contact by using Outlook Mobile Access in Exchange Server 2003 (842110)

SYMPTOMS

When you use a Sony Ericsson T68i mobile phone that uses an R301 or later profile to log on to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 by using Outlook Mobile Access, and then you call a contact, you receive an error message from the mobile phone that is similar to the following:
Something is wrong with the page you tried to access. Choose another link.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because Wireless Telephony Application Interface (WTAI) call functionality is not enabled in Outlook Mobile Access for Sony Ericsson T68i mobile phones that support WTAI and use a R301 or later profile.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was corrected in Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
